Found for the Player - Our understanding is that imposing maximum win terms on non-bonus play breaches EU consumer law, but having discussed this issue with this group previously they will not change their position.

Player's Complaint

Requested a withdrawal 2 months ago from this casino. I requested the withdrawal on the 11th of April to my Bitcoin address. All I get from customer service is the same generic reply and don't get anywhere. They tell me "please be patient" "we will notify finance." I've used no bonuses and my account is fully verified. When I contacted customer service again the other day they told me to send in documents again through email -which I did. They confirmed that they had "updated them on the system" I then asked "will my withdrawal be processed now?" In which I got no response. I feel I have been scammed please help.

Please read our Complaint Guidance to ensure that you fully understand how our complaint management process functions.

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Mr Sloty do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

We've discussed this matter with the operator. They are apparently enforcing a maximum win term on non-bonus play. This effectively means they allowed you to gamble without any possibility of winning.

We don't agree with these terms and have reasonable grounds to believe they are illegal within the EU/UK. However, this is a weakly licensed operator and we have no leverage over them to fight this case with.

Mr Sloty inform us that you have been paid the maximum amount defined by these terms. Can you confirm receipt of your funds?
