Resolved - Mr Sloty Casino has informed us that this player has been paid. The player has been non-responsive to our requests for updates so we assume they are happy.

Player's Complaint
Promised the money in 7-21 working days when withdrew £400. This was on the 29th october 2022, it is now the 3rd January 2023 and 47 working days later, still without my money and being told to be patient with no real help!

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Mr Sloty do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.
Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
