Resolved - This player has become unresponsive to our requests for an update. As such we assume that they've managed to resolved this issue with out help.

Player's Complaint
I oppened an account a while back, logged in today, deposited, they have accepted the deposit, and blocked my account without giving me a reason. verry poor customer support agent who closed the chat on me twice (i have screenshots) only when i mentioned pogg did they keep chat open telling me your account is on hold and you will receive an email once our team has reviewed it. Refuses to reiburse deposit, or give me timeline.

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
