Hi, on 23 februari i requested a cashout of €450. It takes 48 hours like 2 business days to withdrawal but today its the 28th februari and the cashout is still on pending status. Also the banktransfer takes 5 business days. It should not be on pending status anymore. Im a gold VIP aswell and this is my first cashout. Yesterday i asked the support team for help and they said it will be sorted today but they lie again because its on pending status. Nothing changed.Can somebody help me with this?

You need to be a bit more patient before referring this type of issue to an external ADR service. In all likelihood the issue will resolve itself long before our intervention will have any effect.
If you are still experiencing issues on Monday the 11th of March let us know and I'll follow-up with the operator.
You should also be aware that your first withdrawal from any casino operator is likely to take longer as they comply with security verification of your account.
