Hi.
I opened the account with royal plaza casino, verified my account by submitting my documents and started playing. On 13.05.2022 I had some winnings and put request for my cash withdrawals of total £299 pounds.After 2 days I contacted with PlazaRoyal casino and asked about my withdrawals .They replied that my cash withdrawals are approved and will be sent soon. I contacted them many many times but answer was same. now its been 10 days and I have not received my withdrawals which is disappointing and give me headache and depression. When I contacted them todays they said there is no update on your cash withdrawals. Infact they are treating me in a very bad way and it's against the rules of the casino industry to not give customers their withdrawals on time.I am really depressed about that because it's wasting my time and not giving me my money on time. Still I do not know when they will give me my funds.So I request POGG to kindly look into that matter and if possible put some restrictions on this group of casinos which are AG COMMUNICATION S LTD.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
