I have trying to set deposit limits for over 3 weeks and no one has come back to me. I have spent a lot of money. I also have a pending withdrawal of £3,900!! which was submitted over a week ago

Firstly I need to make you aware that as a UK citizen you should not be playing with any operator that does not hold a UKGC license. Ramses Gold do not have a UKGC license and are breaking UK law by accepting your play.

This leads me on to my next point - as Ramses Gold are not licensed within the UK they are not subject to the same requirements regarding Responsible Gambling that other licensed operators have to comply with. If you look on the Responsible Gaming section of the Ramses Gold website you'll see that while they do give some information on how to recognise if you may be losing control they do not offer any infrastructure to help you manage your gaming. In short, it's highly unlikely that they have any policies in place to enact a deposit limit which is likely why your communications are not receiving any response.

Alongside this, Ramses Gold are part of the Game Tech Group N.V. This is one of the most widely Blacklisted groups in operation today and are Blacklisted here. Due to this they are routinely non-responsive to complaints posted at this site.

I'd strongly encourage you to disengage from any future play with this operator!

If you haven't received your withdrawal by this time next week let us know and I'll try to contact the operator for you.

Hi Charlie2326,

Unfortunately Ramses Gold have been entirely unresponsive to our repeated efforts to discuss this issue with them. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this situation changing.

All I can suggest you try is contacting their licenser Curacao eGaming but you should be aware that historically this body has been of very little help to players.
