I have not received any payout from my Ramses Gold account. I have no bonus active, I paid in many thousand Euros in winning and they are not getting back or giving me any info. I provided the last documents for 6 days ago.
They will not answer my email.
The amount is 12500 EURO

Apologies for the delay in response. We contacted Ramses Gold on the 13th of October when this complaint was reviewed. Unfortunately we've had no response to your issue and the rep that had previously been helping us with complaints across the Game Tech Group has just informed us that they've left their position.
As such there's nothing further we can do to assist you.
