First they accused me of reversing deposits with my bank:

This is Corey with the Security Department of Red Dog Casino.

We have received the information that some of the purchases were reversed. We would ask you to provide us with an official bank dispute information so we could double check if the deposits placed with us aren`t under the risk.

Once it is done we will be able to resolve the matter.

And the only reason they even knew I had talked to my bank was that I alerted RedDog that my bank account was being charged with fraudulent purchases after submitting my full banking information to them. They took it and ran with it, saying how it was impossible for any of their staff to have stolen information and used it or sold it. Next, they hounded me non-stop for "proof" that my deposits weren't charged back. (Wtf? Why don't they know if the deposits were taken back, if they were accusing me in the first place?) I told them the burden of proof is on them, if they're gonna say I took back my deposits. They're witholding payment, demanding documentation I don't have,.

In addition, I had asked them before depositing if they were going to hold my winnings hostage like this, because the situation hadn't escalated quite yet and I was still playing at their site. They assured me "Everything's fine!!" I go to cash out, the worst happens. I've spoken to other players who have had the same treatment from this place. Frankly, I think they look for every excuse not to pay out.

Here's where they stated they wouldn't pay until I provided the impossible to get documentation:

Due to our terms and conditions - it is not possible to process the payout until the matter within the fraud department is opened. Please provide us with the documents requested in previous emails in order for us to be able to close the case. Once it is done - we will proceed with the payout in no time.

I want to update that they finally did approve 312 dollars out of 688, but their explanation didn't make sense as to why they wiped the rest of the balance. I'm also scared to deposit with them again, as several of the managers are constantly after me about these fake chargebacks and I don't know if I can be assured of payment in future. Overall a sketchy site..

When were the deposits in question made?

What reason did they give for voiding the rest of your balance?

No - you should never play again with any casino, or associated casino, that even suspects you have charged back deposits. That is highly likely to result in further problems.

Those deposits were made in April and early May. I want to hold off on further action for now, as they did eventually pay and said it was due to a cashout limit applied to my bonus. I'd forgotten I made those winnings using bonus cash--so yes, that makes sense. I will exercise caution with them.
