these guys are doing nothing but scamming me, i have raised the issue with them they do not have a ukgc licence and there cashback is terrible and they are just another scammy casino that does not pay winnings either or let you win at that, please can you try and get all my deposits back from them. thank you

Please read our Complaint Guidance to ensure that you fully understand how our complaint management process functions.

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Rolletto do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. As explained in our Complaints FAQs we do not pursue refunds of losses based on lack of license. If your own government cannot prevent unlicensed operators from accepting their citizens, there is no possibility of the operator offering a refund simply on the basis of us asking them to.
