Found for the Player - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Rolletto to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

I was surfing around and come across LCB.org (biggest scam site I ever seen in my life after some investigation), saw a casino there , and the casino hade great rewise , so I tested the casino , becouse the gambling devil come across me , so I made a deppoiset , lost it all fast , made another one last that to , and so one. But that's not just that I made two deppoisets 100 euro and 150 euro , that didn't come to the balance. the didn't help me at all. They even made fun off me , and not only that I have already blocked me from there sister casino and have told me to close it becouse I have a gambling addiction. They know this but don't care , I told them I have taken loans to play here , they let me play to. till I lost all my money. Is there any thing you guys can do ? I will never ever go to LCB.org , If anyone ses this just stay at thepogg.com , don't TRUST ANY OTHER gambling reviews !!! I have all the emails and proof. thank you. (I didn't find the name on the list , the casino name is www.rolletto.com , sister casino I have block me from is www.mystake.com)
its not just responisbal gambling , they even took 250 euro from me with out credit my account , yes , I even said I have taken loans to play there. thank you . I have bet block on my computer , its hard to have a gambling addiction , I am sorry.

I understand you may have made statements that alluded to having issues with gambling, but did you directly tell the operator that you were a gambling addict? This is a weakly licensed operator. Anything other than a direct statement is not going to be enough to argue a case on.
If you have BetBlocker on your computer and running correctly you would not have been able to access the Rolletto site. If you are experiencing technical issues with BetBlocker, you need to contact user support at [email protected].

This is now the 5th complaint you have submitted to this service. All 5 complaints have related to responsible gambling issues and in each of those we have directed you to our free responsible gambling tool BetBlocker. Had you installed this app, you would not have been able to access Rolletto to lose further money gambling.
This operator is another Curacao licensed operator. There is no requirement in the Curacao licensing system that would require self-exclusions at one property to be carried over to any other property. As such your self-exclusion at MyStakes would only apply at MyStakes.
Did you inform Rolletto that you were having problems controlling your gambling?
