Player's Complaint
Dear Sir / Madam,
I played at multiple casino’s operated by N1 Interactive Ltd. Casinos and I self-excluded myself multiple times under different online casino’s operated by N1 Interactive Ltd. Casinos. such as: SlotWolf casino, Live Casino, Euslot Casino and many more. I self excluded myself because I have a gamble addiction.
While I self excluded myself and made the choice to not play at an online casino anymore you guys still gave me the option to make new accounts with the same email-address, name adress etc. under multiple online casino’s operated by N1 Interactive Ltd. Casinos while this is prohibited by law.
This is illegal and prohibited by law. Therefore I demand at least a sum of all my lost money back.
I would like to hear from you because otherwise I am forced to take legal actions and report this to my authorities in The Netherlands but also the authorities in the country where your casino is operating.

Hi tijmdv - welcome back!
As we are the ADR for the N1 Interactive Ltd license under the Malta Gaming Authority license there is certain information we have to provide you now.
You can find all the relevant information about this service here – http://thepogg.com/terms-of-use/ and the terms of use for our complaint service here - https://thepogg.com/terms-of-use-for-dispute-resolution-service/
To summarise.
– Use of this service does not preclude your seeking redress through court proceedings .
– This service is free to use for both the complainant and operator.
– At any point during the procedure the submitting party retains the right to withdraw their complaint. This does not preclude our right to continue the discussion with the involved operator of general issues related to the complaint (i.e. insufficiently clear terms and conditions).
– You are not obliged to obtain independent or legal advice or representation, though you may choose to do so.
If you have any questions about the above, let me know.
With regard to your complaint specifically - when you requested your previous self-exclusions, did you at any point ask that they be carried over to other properties on the license?
Thanks,
ThePOGG
