SlotWolf - Casino not approving withdrawal

Player's Complaint
I have tried to withdraw my winnings over a week ago on Friday. I've already provided SlotWolf with all documents they requested. The documents were approved. I've already played over 3x the amount I deposited which they've also requested I do. Whenever I speak to a live chat representative, they claim that it is currently being processed. It has been a week they say the same generic response. They do not give me any reason for the delay. They claim on their website that all withdrawals take at most 12 hours with most of them taking less time than that. Note that they used the same delay tactic when I initially deposited the money. It took SlotWolf 2 weeks to deposit the money into my account after I used their e-transfer deposit method, and only after I made a complaint on another website. After I made the complaint, they instantly deposited the money. They used the same generic responses back then to delay the deposit.

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 18th of September let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
