Player's Complaint

I played on the casino in question during the last week. I took their welcome package of three bonuses and deposited with the first bonus. I got lucky enough to win something and withdrew the money, no troubles there, everything went well. Then I deposited with the second bonus and unfortunately lost all of it. Then during the last weekend I deposited with their last bonus of the package and got lucky again. I tried withdrawing the money but I first received an email stating that I will no longer be eligible for bonuses on their casino. Later the next day I received an email stating that: During the check of your account, we found out that your account is duplicate. Due to the breach of our T and C we had to subtract the winnings to the deposit sum. I tried logging into my account but it is disabled. I went to the live chat for help to resolve the matter but they did not provide me with any other answer than the one from T and C. As I dont have an account on Slot Wolf from before I dont really understand their decision and unwillingness to resolve the problem at all.
