Spin Station - max bet breach

Ruling

Found for the Casino - This player has violated the terms and conditions associated with the bonus they claimed and declined the settlement offered by Spin Station. There is nothing further we can do to help them.

Player's Complaint

On the 12/10/2018, i signed up to Spinstation and accepted the first deposit offer of 200% up to £200 and deposited £100.

I followed the terms and conditions and played on an eligible slot and a spin size under maximum allowed. During wagering, the spin size was automatically increased to £6 which is above the maximum. As soon as i noticed after a few spins, I changed it back down to £4.80. I'm sure i did not increase the spin size, and it is also not max bet for the slot and i would have had to increase the bet 3 times to get to £6 spins. I also only won £6 from one of these spins.

Because of this, i have been found to be in breach of clause 13 and my winnings of £1500.94 have been confiscated and my deposit is to be returned to me.

Any help on this matter would be appreciated.

Hi towners - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Unfortunately it's unlikely that we can do anything to help you with this issue. If you've broken the maximum allowed bet term associated with the bonus you accepted the operator are within their rights to void the bonus contract and reset both parties to pre-contract conditions. If this was genuinely a mistake, what you should have done is contacted support as soon as you noticed the violating bets and tried to explain the situation and see if a resolution could be reached.

I will contact the operator and discuss this issue with them but you need to be aware in advance that any settlement would be based on the goodwill of the operator, not any ruling we could make on the legitimacy of your claim.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Hi towners,

I've spoken with Spin Station about this issue. They have confirmed that you have violated the maximum bet term. As that is the case, and as stated above, the operator are within their rights to void the bonus contract and reset both parties to starting position. Despite this, they made a settlement offer to keep both parties happy of £400. You've chosen to decline this settlement.

Sadly there is nothing further we can do to help you. You have broken the terms of the bonus, you are not entitled to the balance you are contesting and you've refused a settlement.
