Hi blossom90 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
The Grand Ivy Casino are under no obligation to reopen your account full stop. They are a private business and by what you've described are engaged in efforts to confirm that you can actually afford to lose at the rate you have been.
With no live balance being contested this is not an appropriate issue for ADR review. Even with a live balance you would need to complete the Source of Wealth checks before we could do anything to assist you.
Thanks,
ThePOGG
