Player's Complaint

I joined the casino following an email offering 300% on deposits up to £100 it also stated no wagering on 1st deposit. however when i deposited £60 on the 22nd of February i only received 100% bonus and had wagering requirements. I have emailed them several times and received a reply stating that 100% is the welcome bonus. I have also forwarded them the email with the offer.

Firstly, as a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Time Square do not have a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your play.

Secondly, can you forward on the email with this offer to [email protected]?

Finally, Time Square are on our Blacklist and are part of a group that are routinely non-responsive to complaints submitted to this service. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Hi, yes oddly enough I got an email in my junk folder yesterday saying here is a bonus from customer services . No mention of it being a welcome bonus just an amount of 202.74 euros.

Thanks guys not sure if I would have got it at all without your intervention.
