Found for the Casino - including the terms and conditions of a promotion at the bottom of the advert is standard practice across the internet. As such there is nothing we can do for this player.

Read our True Blue Casino Review.

I was suckered by an online casino into joining up for the welcome bonus. It was the true blue casino and they have a 33 FREE spins bonus with a $3000 welcome package.
the advertisement does have an asterix at each end of the *33 FREE SPINS*. I thought this was a decoration. right at the bottom of the page it has bonus terms,
which I probably should have read but didn't . there was no asterix on the bonus terms to show they are connected in any way shape or form to the asterix with the FREE SPINS,
which are not free because you have to deposit. they will not tell me their governing body so I can make a complaint to them. I'm not sure who to complain to when its a rogue casino...
but I do know they should be made to change the advertising so it more correctly reflects that they only do deposit bonuses and not be misleading.

Hi piggymoo - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Including terms and conditions at the bottom of a promotional page is standard across the internet. If you haven't read the terms there's nothing we can do to help you.
Thanks,
