I made a withdrawal over 2 weeks ago for £497 from my account. My account was previously verified with all documentation and my previous withdrawal was processed and cleared in to my bank account.The account has been restricted and i no longer have access to my account or money and no updates from vegas hero after contacting live and email numerous times about when my withdrawal will be processed
