I won this money on 16/02/20. I have sent them all the documents they have requested but they still haven't sent the payment. I never receive any replies from my emails and when I speak to live chat they can't shed any light on whats going on apart from it's with the relevant department. I think over 5 weeks is plenty of time to at least give a proper explanation on what is the reason for the delay in payment.

They emailed me on the 8th of April to say that I will me paid in 1-3 business days but as of now it hasn't reached my account. Maybe this is due o the Easter holiday. If it does get paid into my account I will let you know.
