Vegas Hero - won't pay

Resolved - Some security concerns regarding this player's account have been resolved, the player has completed the verification process and Vegas Hero have now paid the outstanding balance.

Player's Complaint

I signed up to Vegas Hero over 2 months ago now and won £4298 on their welcome offer. The company then asked me to jump through a load of ridiculous hoops including getting notarised documents, sending selfies etc. I have provided everything they have asked for and they still won't pay. The last thing they requested was an online statement for the card provided, which I sent. They then asked me for the same thing again, which I sent again and asked what the issue was with it. That was on the 9th June, since then they have not responded and the money still hasn't been paid.

I've spoken to the operator about this issue. They inform me that there were some security concerns about your account but these have now been cleared up and two of your withdrawals have already been paid and the final two should have been actioned yesterday. Can you confirm receipt of your funds?
