Player's Complaint

I am a verified player at Vegas Hero. I had a $710 withdrawal request that was approved, supposed to be sent by etransfer. I did not receive an etransfer. I have repeatedly tried to contact the casino about this , and they tell me that they sent the transfer. and first they told me I needed to contact interac about it, as the problem is on interac end. Not theirs. well, twice now I've contacted interac and they've verified that no transfer was sent, or even attempted to send to my email address. When I relayed this info to Vegas hero they tell me to wait until they resolve it. But interac is not a company that lies to clients. The transfer wasn't sent.. the casino needs to be honest with me and at least let me see some kind of verification that the money was sent . They will not budge or help at all. It appears they are trying to shaft me, because they didn't send the payment. And I don't feel like waiting until whenever the heck they decide to address it. I was promised payment with 48 hours. All I'm getting is a smoke screen and dishonesty.

Ok thanks. I have forwarded the transcripts from my conversations with the casino. I know how interac e transfer works, and if the there is a transfer problem , the sender can simply cancel the transfer and resend it. They are stating that I have to waitnforb relevant department to look into thbissue for an indefinite amount of time. I contacted interac twice and they informed me that no transfer was sent or even attempted. That's why I am complianing, because thier story is neither consistent or viable

Hi again. Tonight I verified once again with Interac (the withdrawal method company) that all the info Vegas Hero has been giving me has been false. They have not attempted to transfer the money. Interac suggests I report the casino to policeb authorities, but I just want the money I won . It's very frusterating because they just keep lying to me even when I try to tell them interac confirms the lies [EDIT]. This really needs to be escalated, as zibhave a long standing reputable company verifying that Vegas Hero is [EDIT]

I've edited your post to remove the accusations of criminality. We don't allow this. Please refrain from making further posts of this nature.

Unfortunately it is unlikely that Interac could confirm that Vegas Hero have not attempted to send your payment. A 3rd party company will likely deal with financial transactions on behalf of the operator meaning that unless Interac know who this 3rd party payment processor is they will not be able to confirm information about transactions processed by them.

We will revert to you when we have further relevant information.
