Found for the Casino - Under the MGA license self-exclusions only apply to the site they are requested at unless you explicitly request that they transfer to all properties on the license.

I have self exclude myself from aspire over 2 years ago and I was still able to play an all casinos from aspire Global even I have used gamstop when I used to live in UK, I used it because I was very addicted to gambling. I moved forward with playing with aspire global casino even if I was self excluded. Now it’s to much and I lost everything. My complaint is that they should have self exclude me from all their brands. Even after leaving UK my email Adresse should be still blocked with them because of GamStop. Is there anything you can help me with.
I don’t know even the amount I have lost. I just know it was a lot of money.
Hello,
I think it was my mistake wasn’t clear enough.
Besides from GamStop. I played in minimum 10 aspire global casinos and I was self excluded in all of them and I told them to close my account because of gambling addiction. Still I’m able to open accounts with almost every single aspire global casino which is defientely not correct.
I should been habe self excluded off all of them after I request my first self exclusion.
Thank you
Hi bandy2007,
Unlike the UK license, the MGA license does not require self-exclusion to carry over to other properties on the license unless the player explicitly requests that this happen.
Thanks,

Hi bandy2007 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
As we are the ADR for the Apsire Global license under the Malta Gaming Authority license there is certain information we have to provide you now.
You can find all the relevant information about this service here – http://thepogg.com/terms-of-use/ and the terms of use for our complaint service here - https://thepogg.com/terms-of-use-for-dispute-resolution-service/
To summarise.
– Use of this service does not preclude your seeking redress through court proceedings .
– This service is free to use for both the complainant and operator.
– At any point during the procedure the submitting party retains the right to withdraw their complaint. This does not preclude our right to continue the discussion with the involved operator of general issues related to the complaint (i.e. insufficiently clear terms and conditions).
– You are not obliged to obtain independent or legal advice or representation, though you may choose to do so.
If you have any questions about the above, let me know.
With regard to your specific claim - by the sounds of this you have significantly changed your registration details - moving from one country to another. Unless you have contacted the operator to update your self-exclusion after your move your exclusion would not carry over. The Gamstop program also only applies to UK citizens. Account registered in other countries are not checked against the Gamstop database. Did you make the operator aware of your move?
Thanks,
ThePOGG
