This is the casino I have been for a while, in the past with Wild Slots I usually lost money and any small wins they were quick to process the withdrawal. Beginning of the month I use their monthly reload bonus and lucky to win £4000 after completing the wagering requirement. I always read the casino rules so I know which games restricted and what the max bet amount. After the win, I was over the moon, especially knowing that Wild Slots quick to process withdrawal. But I was totally wrong. They are holding my funds and, anytime I sent email the response was finance team busy and withdrawal would be processed by end of the day. Every single day it was their response and still they are holding my winnings.

I've now spoken to the casino manager at Wild Slots. They inform me that they're in the middle of a platform shift which has caused a few hiccups along the way, but that you should have received your funds already. Can you confirm?
