We reviewed BetPort casino as a result of a player submitting a complaint. BetPort casino were completely unresponsive to numerous attempts to communicate with them regarding the complaint and as such we do not feel safe asking a reviewer to play with them.

The complaint in question involved a confiscation of funds with no bonus involved. BetPort claim that several accounts were linked and that the player/s were intending to exploit their cashback bonus. If that was the case it would be fair practice to refuse the bonus to any accounts that were due the cashback, but given that they the winnings from the player in question were generated entirely with their own funds, it's completely unethical to seize those funds.
