Only one of the six reviewers who work for this site regularly holds an account with City Club Casino and this was opened within the last year. They report positive experiences with City Club Casino customer services.

The AffEurope group have a series of player complaints posted at Ask Gamblers that received no response. Having discussed this with them, they now have a policy of not responding on Ask Gamblers due to the public nature of the complaint system.

In one notable complaint the casino have enforced a max cashout rule that applied to the initial bonus the player received. However as the wagering had been completed, a withdrawal made and then reversed, the $6k the player initially withdrew should probably be considered a fresh deposit and as such should not have carried any max cash out. As the max cash out for the bonus was $6k and that was the amount that the player initially withdrew, upon the reverse withdrawal the player was essentially placed in a no win situation where they would be allowed to lose the money back, but not win any more than the reversed withdrawal.

In late 2014 a situation came to light where an affiliate was found to be hacking into other sites and posting their gambling links on these sites without the owners knowledge or permission. This activity is clearly illegal and unethical. The majority of casinos that were receiving traffic from this affiliate closed the affiliate's accounts upon finding out what the affiliate was doing, however some casinos, whether via intent or insufficient security policies, continued to be listed on these sites for many months after the activity of this affiliate came to light. Many other brands managed to quickly take action to get themselves removed from the hacked sites (closing the affiliate account down and ensuring that new accounts could not be open).

Alongside this the AffEurope brand, after receiving extensive criticism for their handling of the hacking issues, chose to close their affiliate program while keeping all their casino brands open. This meant that they reneged on paying all of their business partners the contractually due commission that they were owed for traffic sent to the AffEurope brands. This is clear cut unethical behaviour and an unquestionable breach of contract.
