Player's Complaint

i deposited 1900eur. Made a nice profit(most of them to the casino) and now i withdrew 10300. However, 18bet is not going to pay this out. The only thing they tell me on live chat is that I need to wait about an update and my case is under review

While I made the withdrawal on the 18th of december.

What angers me the most is that they ignore my emails and this is near impossible to reach them on the live chat. My account is still open and they have not closed it.

is there a way I can get my 10300eur withdraw? it shows "Pending"

I've spoken to 18Bet and as you acknowledged in your email your son also holds an account with 18Bet. The terms regarding multiple accounts registering from the same household are included below:

All customer offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, E-mail address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, Moneybookers etc.), and shared computer, e.g. school, public library or workplace. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any customer or group of customers."

No matter which group you play with playing at the same property as someone else that lives with you is ALWAYS going to be a problem. Every casino restricts this type of behaviour.

I'm sorry but I'm afraid there's not going to be anything we can do to help you in this instance.
