Hello! Sorry my bad english. Please, Can you help me? I made an account To 21bet and i manage To win 420e after wagering a bonus. I send documents and those are verifyed. It has been now 3weeks since i made withdraw and it is still pending. I have asked about it everyday from their chat. Everytime they say that its gonna be ok soon. But nothing happens. Hi eikka5,

Initially 21Bet were responsive to our contacts and we did get another player paid around the same time that your complaint came in, but by this point we're getting no reply to email after email. Sadly I cannot see this situation changing.

All we can recommend you do at this stage is contact 21Bet's regulator, the MGA, as they do not appear to list their license required ADR service.
