Thanks, Bovada Customer Service 1-888-263-0000 service[@]bovada.lv. They never sent me a update like the letter said. I’ve contacted support numerous times and they know this is escalating. I was play double double poker at $2 bets. I hit queens and sixes and there system locks up. Now 18 was lit up for a $2 bet do not sure if it’s 18 I’m owed or $36. This was my first time ever depositing and they have a pretty good name to them and this is really upsetting me. Can you please try to help me get this process sped up?

Just wanted to let you know. Bovada credited my account with the max amount I could’ve won plus gave me bonus money on top with a severe apology letter. So case resolved.
