Player's Complaint

Hi, I currently have $4,700 in my Bovada account and recently requested to withdraw $3,000 by Bitcoin. However, today I tried to log into my account but I was locked out. I input the correct email and password and pressed the login button but Bovada would not let me log in. After some researching, I have found out that I violated their policy. This is regarding to the fact that there are two accounts with the same household. I confessed that I helped my mother, who likes to sport betting on occasion and who lives in the same house as I live, to open an account on Bovada. I registered the same address to her account. In addition, I lent her my credit card so she could deposit money into her account. She also used my laptop to log into her account a few times. I know from doing these I have violated Bovada's policy, whether it was unintentional or not. I regret my mistakes deeply and please give me one more chance. I promise to not make the same mistakes again. My family is really poor and my parents are separated. This is my source of income to help to support my mom by using the profits I make from this site to cover our daily expenses. Please forgive me and give me one more chance. I promise to be good and not violate your policy again.

Hi paydaybill - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Unfortunately if you have broken the operator's terms by opening multiple accounts there's nothing we can do to help you here. Bovada are within their rights to void play and terminate your account.

I am also concerned to hear you describe gambling as a source of income. Gambling should never be viewed as a way to make money as ultimately the house does always win via the edge that is built into every game/bet. This is a classic indicator of gambling addiction and I would strongly recommend that you consider whether your play is of a healthy nature. You may also find our free Responsible Gambling app BetBlocker useful. This app allows you to restrict your internet capable devices from accessing over 6.8k gambling websites.

Sorry we cannot be of more help.

Hi, thanks for the concern, but I have to tell you something. In a way, I am the opposite of what you describe. I win regularly on Bovada as they have a wide varieties of lines that I can bet on. And tell you what I am good at it. I once cashed out 20k here. This time I won 5k and wanted to cash out 3k. Unfortunately, I acted on my good faith without reading the fine print. Yes, that was my honest mistake. What I mean source of income is that I do not chase losses, ok. I chase big wins. I win regularly with 4 team parlay that get me to win 1k-2k with just a few hundred bucks a parlay bet. In a way, Bovada has helped me to get extra income outside of my job.

I know when to stop, ok. I know when to make a winning bets. I know when to not bet on losing teams. I am just good at this. I am not like your average gambling addict. Those people only chase losses. They never think about the profit. I gamble to make the profit. And I won big so many times in the last year. Bovada is a shady organization so they block me from their site because im too good for them. I keep winning their money so they hate me. This time I ran my account from $930 to $4700. Impressive right? See I am just too good for Bovada.

Hi paydaybill,

I'm very glad to hear that you are a winning player. That does not change our position however. If you have violated the terms and conditions by opening additional accounts there is nothing we can do to help you. This isn't "shady" practice. It's a basic anti-fraud policy that all online gambling operators carry. Based on the violation Bovada are absolutely within their rights to take the actions they have.

Sorry we cannot be of further help.
