Bovada - unfair dealings

Player's Complaint

Last night, I tried to sign up for an account at Bovada. After cancer treatment last year I am somewhat forgetful and forgot that I had an account. I received an email from Bovada reminding me of the prior accounts. I was allowed to log in, deposit and play. $800 was lost on a blackjack game that continually cut out and messed up. I was concerned that it might have ripped me off so I called Bovada. I was informed that my account was being closed due to another existing account. Because of that account having chargebacks I don’t know anything about they won’t even address the technical issues involved in my losing 800 unfairly. I feel that their software should have prevented me from creating a second account like it did to keep me from creating a third and prevented me from making deposits at all if they were just going to shut my account down. I feel like they took advantage of me.

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do for you in this situation.

A single playing session is no where near a large enough sample size to establish that a blackjack game is operating unfairly. It's far more likely that this was simply bad luck.

Beyond this, if you have opened multiple accounts or actioned chargebacks at any property on this operator's network the operator are entirely within their rights to close your account.
