Hi there,

I signed up here after closing my account over at Alf Casino, because it seems this group in general dont have any options to set deposit limits, even via support. I think this is morally questionable behaviour, especially if you consider that they dont exclude for the whole brand, but every casino needs to notified manually. This is preying on the addicts in my opinion. Its not hard to add deposit limits and would give a huge boost to trust from players.

Sadly there's nothing we can do to assist you in this instance. Curacao is a weak regulatory jurisdiction and operator's licensed there are not required to offer the same level of responsible gambling tools that you might find under the more substantive regulatory requirements found elsewhere.
