Date: 18/4 2016. I was going to play the iGame casino and deposit some money. When I did so the website gave me Error. I tried again with the same result. I played for Free for a while and then tried again, same error. I knew I had funds in my bank. With that in mind I continued to play for free with the fact stated that I knew no money were debited.
The next day I went to the store to buy food for the week. My payment were denied. Shocked, I went home to look it up with my bank. iGame was in fact debited my card with 8600 SEK. Even when they said they didn't. So the games I played were not for free? It was actually my own money who were meant to pay my food and rent?
I've been stated this to the Swedish report with the answer that this usually don't happen, and it does the refund should be credited back to the card within 72 hours. It has now been 15 days and I haven't received a dime, only a lot of apologies and promises about investigations and screenshots that is irrelevant.
If this will go unresolved, I will take them to court for fraud and manipulation.
