Player's Complaint

Hello!I registered at Deposited 50 euro and 50 euro first deposit bonus was given to me. I won 5000 euro, made a withdrawal, uploaded all required documents. Later I received an email stating all my winnings have been confiscated for violating bonus rules: 1.1. All customer offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, NETeller etc), IP, and shared computer, e.g. public library or workplace.

I contacted livechat to find out my another account, but was replied that they can't disclose such info.

Also, I contacted a person that notified me about confiscation by email, asking to provide details on my another account, but was replied:

After the security department's investigation, it appeared that you have registered in the casino alongside another account that is not necessarily yours. 

I was not provided with any more details.

I only use one email address for casinos, which is [EDIT], to make sure I do not face multi-account issues. I can also assure my family members have never had an account at
