Omni - requests documents to the Phillipines

Player's Complaint

Omnicasino decided to request a notarized ID from me after I won 1070 Euro. Before that I had already cashed out once without this requirement. Anyway I sent the document via e-mail but they want to have it via ground mail. So I sent the document with Deutsche Post to the Phillipines. Apparently it is stuck in Makati CPO and not delivered. I have sent another mail but to no avail, it is stuck in Makati CPO office as well. Omnicasino refuses to pick them up from the local post office.

I do not know why the post is not delivered but I suspect some sort of corruption here because even in a developing country one mail out of 2 should be delivered, especially for a very simple route. My account number at Omnicasino is [EDIT].

How do you know that these parcels are "stuck in Makati CPO"? Having reviewed the tracking information all I can see is "Enroute to delivery office".

Have you tried contacting the delivery service?

yep, they send me this on the 12th of October. For the first mail I complained over the Deutsche Post system but have not received an answer.

"Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to acknowledge receipt of your email.

Based on our system, your item was forwarded to delivery post in MAKATI CITY CENTRAL POST OFFICE on October 4, 2017.

Notice will be sent to you by the delivery office upon processing at their end, however you can also directly claim said mail in Makati CPO, citing the tracking number.
