Player's Complaint


I did an account to Premier casino on November 2021. I deposited 250 euros and used welcome bonus. I won almost 10 000 euros from one game and I did over 10 000 euros withdrawal. I didn´t break any rules when I wagered the welcome bonus. Casino closed my account after withdrawal and started to ask many kind of documents. I sent all documents that they asked; many kind of selfies, bank statements, salary statements etc. After two months they asked me to join to a skype call. They asked many kind of questions and I think that some questions weren´t in context. I asked about the process by email and they answered that I didn´t passed Skype verification and they will only refund my deposit. Of course I tried my best but I can´t remember everything after two months. I feel myself betrayed.
