Found for the Casino - Player re-registered with the same group after someone requested a self-exclusion on their original account. The operator are correct to close this account.

Player's Complaint

I opened an account with Redbet which I had to wait for account being verified before playing then deposited and won for my account to then be blocked at which point contacted the customer service department where I was told there was a self exclusion in place on an account held at Mr green till November so my Redbet account would be blocked till then as well at which point my winnings would withdrawable I then said I wanted winnings straight away was told it would be passed on to relevant team and I would be informed about withdrawal next thing my winnings were consficated I informed them and Mr green I had not done the self exclusion that my carer had done it and also got my carer to speak with both casinos and explain I hadn't self excluded at all from me green but to date they still haven't made any reimbursement of my owed winnings p only refunded the initial deposit of £100

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you in this instance. If you have bypassed a self-exclusion by registering with a different operator in the same group the operator are entirely within their rights to void play.
