Player's Complaint

I played Slot Wolff Casino and won a total of € 2,359. The money has been in the withdrawal for several weeks, but will not be credited to my account. So they withhold my money at the casino. The casino has decided to close my Game Account and I still don’t know why. I asked several times why and they said that I have bonus abused, which I do not even begin to understand. I came across an offer online that offered a good welcome bonus, so I thought I’d try my luck. I have asked the chat several times, that why I do not get my withdrawal, but the customer service staff always say that they answer later via e-mail and the withdrawal request has been reading the board and they decide to let me keep the withdrawal or not. In addition, I have sent several emails, which they do not respond. Could there be any way to speed up my withdrawal?
