Found for the Player - Despite repeated promises regarding responding to this complaint, we have receiving no explanation for Slots.com's actions.

Player's Complaint

The casino is slots.com it is the same owner as slots.lv but outside USA it is called Slots.com

They refuse to pay stating spirit of the bonus clause

I played by the rules after I checked the terms and condition.

Roulette and Slots were played, both are allowed by the terms.

Here is the email they sent

After a full review of your account, we’ve found conclusive evidence of non-recreational betting patterns to systematically gain an edge over the casino, otherwise defined as bonus abuse in our terms of use. As your actions were in violation of our players terms of agreement all winnings in your account have been forfeited. You will be paid out up to the amount of your deposits. You may now make a withdrawal request for your remaining balance. After your withdrawal have been completed your account will then remain permanently disabled. Please note that any accounts found to be opened by you or linked to you in the future will also be disabled, and any winnings generated in those accounts will also be seized.

The deposit was 300 and the bonus was 300

It was the welcome bonus and the payment method I used was bitcoin
