Hi redskyies - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

I'm afraid your complaint doesn't give us anywhere near enough information to understand what the problem is. Please provide us with a detailed breakdown of your experience.

Thanks,

Hi redskyies,

Thank you for your email and the kind words.

Unfortunately your issue seems to relate to feeling that you did not win enough when playing a specific slots game at Whitebet, compared to your results at other operators. From a mathematical perspective, slots games are considered high variance. This means that the results will naturally tend to be inconsistent. A few players will win thousands from small bets while a large number of players will lose to make up for the few winning players. It takes millions of spins to create a sample size large enough to determine whether a game is operating in the predefined fashion. Drawing conclusions based on small sample sizes is not a valid approach.

Regarding the minimum withdrawal limits - the vast majority of operators carry some minimum allowed withdrawal. This is due to the fact that most payment providers charge transactions fees that the operator pays. These fees are usually a set percentage of the transaction with a minimum amount on smaller transactions. This means that for very small withdrawals, the operator ends up paying proportionally more than on larger withdrawals.

All I can suggest to you at this stage is that if you don't trust the games and don't like the minimum withdrawal limits at Whitebet, choose an alternative operator to play with. While I don't think anything you've provided indicates any unfair practice, trust is a very important factor in the player/casino relationship and if that's no longer present you'll be happier in the long run playing with an operator you do trust.

Thanks,

ThePOGG
