William hill are misleading people.
They say they have fair play and pay 97 percent.
My story blows that to shreds.
I played roulette on Saturday and Sunday at Hills.
It was called European roulette. Over the 2 days I got a percentage of zero. I understand over a session on roulette you'll lose and the longer u play the chance of losing increases I get that.
I contacted hills. First on live chat they just cut me off. Then e mails which are laughable. Offering me gambling advice. I am not a problem gambler I'm not a bad loser I bet my spare money that's it. I know the roulette is monitored and regulated I get that and u have losing runs.
The machine was simply not playing right the ball wasn't spinning and it was every spin over 2 days a loser. I understand the 97 percent is over thousands of bets and I'm in no way a sore loser. I have the email which shows it paid zero percent. They admit that. They say it was a fair game.
Well if that's a fair game I'm a dutchman
I'm sure they advertise fair play to all.
They have simply not done what they advertise.
Ibas are totally useless always side with the bookie.
I simply want an apology and an admission it was unfair playing. I lost that's OK I've lost before not a problem but I have been mislead and it needs looking into because I'm certain this will happen to others
Yes ibas won't help but I believe they side with bookmaker I've read many reviews on them. Gambling comision can't get involved. Yes I lost fair enough but I've got the e mail stating it paid zero percent over 2 days how is that fair play.
Hills staff are so rude. Go on live chat they just cut u off.
Now they won't email a reply.

When a game isn't playing at all fair it needs sorting. I've tried to come to an acceptable solution but got nowhere
I guess I'm hoping u can get a better response than me.
The punter stands no chance but I'm determined to get some sort of acceptable response or I'll just keep going higher and higher
