Hello,
my account there is closed upon my request earlier this year.
Now i requested a statement with my deposits and withdrawals for my overview.
They declined it because they would never give such information.
After reading their T&Cs i cannot find anything what prohibit them to send me my own personal data concerning the transactions.
Is it correct, that i cannot request my data?
Other casinos did it without any problems.
I received exactly the same response with the rejection in stlye and content of a casino in my further complaint

Under the GDPR you are entitled to request information about the account you hold with any operator, including transaction histories. You simply need to present the operator with a Subject Access Request. If the operator fails to comply with this request you would need to contact your local national agency responsible for Freedom of Information.
