So ive being with casino rewards group for while mow . The other day i signed up to this casino and got the spin for maga molla pared 5 dollars and more as well did the play through and made sure that it was good . I decided to cash out . Gave all my information and they e mail me back everything looked good.them out of the blue i get a e-mail saying that my money is void and they will refund me my deposit. Because your bot alowed to have more then one member oer house hold and multiple emails. like what the hell is this . First off my on the casino rewards withdrawal FAQ it says nothing . Second i looked and there was only mine captain cooks casino in my casino rewards . Thirdly i try to delete some of yhe like zodiac and my old captain cook its waa gone and i havent seen it in my casino rewards . Forth if i knew about that very questionable rule of course i would have followed it . I look and i couldn't find it . Theys type of rules need tobe up front and centered . Not put some where its hard yo see .if you can help that would amazing .
Hello i would like to withdrawal my complaint. As i being looking into. Things and i did find a old captain cook casino. So im in the wrong . I thougjt i deleted it but i i should of made sure . As well how seriousness of having multiple accounts

Having read your email I'm still fuzzy as to what the problem is here. Are you saying that you've opened two different accounts with Captain Cooks casino using two different email addresses?
