Hello. I can't get a withdrawal. Casino claims that I violated rule 5.1.13, it mentions martingale, doubling and similar systems and strategies, but I don't even know what it is. I am a regular player, I do not use any devices, robots or computer assistants like they claim. Therefore, I wonder on what basis does the casino draw this conclusion? They cannot block my account without evidence, I have the right to know it. I suggest the casino withdraw my $395. Blocking money without explanation is illegal. Or I suggest you return access to my account.
