Thank you for your reply. So that’s it because they  are a weakly licensed/unlicensed online casino it gets swept under the rug. I was told they are licensed so either im misinformed or some along the way has lied to me which I don’t appreciate. 

Also I’m not understanding you completely. You missed the point that I was given false and misleading information.

I would of thought under the “Code Of Conduct Responsible Gaming 2022” in particular 3u where it says “providing any type of incorrect or misleading information, purposely or by negligence, pertaining to however not limited to profits, losses, turnover, complaints, investments, end users, key individuals or nominees, including however not limited to the backdating of documents” will be something to bring up to the person who holds the actual license that being “Antillephone N.V 8048/JAZ2020-13”. 

I understand your stance and respect it,  but do not agree with it. I urge you strongly to reconsider your stance. As I feel dismissed and brushed off to a certain degree. 

Not once did you mention in your reply about anything they did wrong in your eyes or point me in the right direction apart from a weak license which i am in two minds as many places say otherwise and am not sure what to believe. 

But you did make clear references to gambling responsible app and directories which I appreciate. 

Even if the chance of them taking appropriate action would that be my choice to make? If not please I prefer you declined my complaint rather than insinuate the matter.

We've over a decade of experience managing complaints which has made clear that pursuing claims of this nature against Curacao licensed operators has no reasonable chance of a positive outcome.

If you choose to play with weakly licensed, or unlicensed, operators the protections they will offer against gambling addiction will be minimal. Our intervention won't change that.

Where do I start
 
 I have come across your site and told a family member who is a lawyer before we go further let me try this site and with her blessing here I am. She has made contact with Australian Communications Authorities in regards to this matter also and has the majority of screenshots in per possession and for the time being is sitting on the sideline. 
 
 December 19 2023, I asked to be self excluded and also stated my mind was 90% made up and will be 100% pending the response within 22 minutes I was cooled off. A vip manager instead cooled me off 22 minutes later with out consulting me knowing I will get over it and continue playing. I also self excluded end of December and was allowed back in after 7 days as per my request. 
 
 My gambling behavioural patterns all show signs of a problem gambler and they knew as I asked many times the close, cool off, self excluded which they would in turn give me bonuses and I would at the same time use this to my advantage. 
 
 The main reason for the complaint starts now!
 
 I had a very good relationship with the vip team multiple Occassion I played 44k-0, 26-0, and more.  It goes on and these are the days leading up to winning 430k. All up I had played 150k -0  around there if not more. So they knew how I played and I had told them and warned them making it clear I’ll play to zero I don’t pull out, I just don’t stop. Keep in mind 90k won was 3 x 30k (of the 430k) jackpots which I thought are paid out in full. 
 
 I went on a winning streak and got the highest level 25 and was a “Jeet City Legend” and I asked multiple times to withdraw large amounts and met with resistance and lies on Thursday 25/1/24 and Friday the 26/1/24 and Saturday 27/1/24 is when a vip manager said “bets and withdrawals are DISABLED and NOT POSSIBLE”. 
 
 Also assumed being a vip and at high status I will be able to at there discretion have a higher withdrawal limit they came back to me and gave me 7500 a day aud, 22500 a week and 4500 aud a month. 
 
 I knew where this was heading and specifically asked a particular manager who was the same manager that instead of letting me self exclude put me on the cooling off period. I asked to be cooled off on several occasions in order to with draw a large chunk of the money and a much needed break as I had played in excess of 60 hours gambling during this week.  
 
 I will say it again. I asked on several occasions to set a cooling off period but was  met with delays and delays and finally I was told during the cooling off period “bets and withdrawals are DISABLED and NOT POSSIBLE”.  Now I brought this up because the same manager who set the cooling off period in December im not sure if he remembers but a picture comes outlining the conditions of a cooling off period which I will send through. 
 
 I was able to withdraw 7500 x 4, two of them were recalled and the other 15k you know what happened there, I donated it straight back. 
 
 Many occasions I was willing to take a loss in order to get paid out and met with delays and delays also. 
 
 I’ve asked for all chat transcripts during the period it I was told that is matter of privacy. Later to be told by the person who said company privacy etc, to provide name, dob, payment methods, etc and two + weeks on im still yet to receive anything.
 
 It’s been nothing but tense and tit for tat since. Arguing with support staff and specifically asked to wait and wait for a manager to reply. It went from Instant replies to 1-8 hour later responses. 
 
 I was suspended as they seen me playing 430k-0 for hours and hours non stop. Obviously I was suspended afterwards and asked to do gambling addiction quizzes etc. 
 
 I told them on many occasions I won’t go on with this hoping I would be rewarded with a nice fat bonus and some compensation. I also requested a refund and was declined. 
 
 Here we are two weeks and four days later I’m down another 80k+.  I’ve received 9k roughly in bonuses, 12.5% of those are Daily Cash backs from being a “Jeet City Legend”. 
 
 I’ve deposited 1000 usdt from a usdt erc20 address to my etherum Erc 20 address nearly 14 days ago onto my personal wallet in Jeet City. It’s successful on the blockchain/etherscan and the money actually went into the wallet but as shown to me by two platforms coin spot and MetaMask has then been transferred out. I was told to just give them a link and they will be able to reissue the funds. Instead I’ve been told it may take up to 60 days now to reissue the funds. 
 
 I told them it was my choice to continue to play in order to get the suspension lifted and hoping I would be reimbursed. Instead I’ve been met with long delays and waiting periods in order to get me to keep on depositing in my opinion. 
 
 I’ve been under major stress in my life due to personal reasons. I suffer from tension headaches, office syndrome, anxiety, I have adhd and more. 
 
 The figure to dispute it would be the 430,000.  Would I ever have received 430,000 with the limits they increased to it would have taken me 8 months. Would I have cooled off for that long i would not know. 
 
 As stated above and in an email before I have some of the evidence of what was said which my solicitor/layer has asked specified not to reveal these just yet, as I have a right or I think I have the right to the offical chat transcripts which I have requested on several occasions. 
 
 I have made several attempts to resolve this issue and also gather more evidence instead I found it was swept under the rug. 
 
 I’m sorry this is unacceptable.
