Ive been buying in to Luxury, playing often, every time you buy in you get "VIP points" which can be turned into cash to play (as per wage requirement) over a year ago I collected said points, and decided to convert them into cash and play. I was playing a machine and hit the Mega jackpot $8000, but still had aprox $3000 in play threw to do. I did the remaining play through and was able to cash out $10,000 CDN. I did the cashout, aprox a week later got my payment of $10,000. I went back to play and had more VIP points, and it wouldnt let me convert them. It said it was "temp suspended" I went to support, they told me it is an auto thing and it will fall off on its own. Its been over a year, I have made SEVERAL deposits and it still wont let me convert. Its been WELL over a year, are they waiting until I deposit a total of $10,000 back??? They keep telling me, continue to make deposits and it will randomly fall off, they always give me the same "Auto Msg" and are NO help at all. I have $372.92 sitting there and Id like to use it! They say I will continue to earn VIP points,however I wont be able to use them. Why would I want to continue giving them my money with nothing in return "not even winning" or withdrawling anything, such a rip off!
